Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager
Our client, a leading Lagos Boutique Hotel, is looking to hire a qualified and experienced Food and Beverage Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the Food & Beverage Operations Department on a day -to- day basis, to deliver an outstanding Guest Experience.
He/she should be able to design creative menus of both Local and International Dishes.
Working closely with the kitchen unit, He/she should be capable of forecasting, planning, and implementing measures to ensure that the Food & Beverage Operating Costs are in line with Budget.
He/she will be supervising a team of 80 staff members, ensuring that their tasks are carried out on time and according to the Company’s standard.
